Biography
I'm a senior lecturer in Criminology in the SPA department and a part of the Q-Step programme that teaches quantitative methods to social science students. I started at the University of Exeter 2014. While I've been in Exeter I have worked with colleagues on the ExPERT project with the Devon and Cornwall Police (see https://expert-study.com/) to promote evidence-based policing. I have run related projects with the police, including an evaluation of the breathalyser initiative in Night-Time Economies (#RU2drunk), and Tracing Harm Trajectories in Domestic Abuse. I have also worked with colleagues on a CREST funded project to study Islamic State propaganda.
