Syllabus Plan
Whilst the precise content may vary from year to year, it is envisaged that the syllabus will cover all or some of the following topics:
- The social construction of crime and crime statistics;
- Institutional racism, disproportionality and ‘stop and search’;
- Race, riots and policing;
- Race and prisons;
- Counter-terrorism, Prevent and Islamophobia;
- Racially motivated hate crime.
