SOCM026: Using Longitudinal Data in Family Policy Studies

This module descriptor refers to the 2017/8 academic year.

Module Aims

This module will equip you with an understanding and practical knowledge of longitudinal data analysis and its applications in family policy studies. It will provide you with tools to critically assess existing research that uses longitudinal analysis and to carry out independent research. While most examples in this module are drawn from family policy studies, these methods can also be applied to other fields.
